No ratio mate, mix to taste. Slide the condensed milk sneakily down the side of the glass, that already is 2/3 full of Guinness. Slowly mix, as quick mixing will have the whole thing froth over the top.

My identical twin likes egg in his, but I just think that fucker is just weird! Try with milk, but no egg. You'll love it. If one night, you feel like you need extra energy for a romantic one-to-one Wrestlemania/Smack-Down, then stick an egg in there.
