  • I'd recommend doing a bit of internet research - there are pages and pages of research and debate around the issue.

    I wear one now, but don't believe it should be made compulsory. My decision to wear one full-time was only made a couple of years ago, and was a very personal thing based on some of the things I'd seen involving friends and 'clients'.

    But I don't necessarily believe a helmet will stop those things happening to me unfortunately.
