.... about the amount of cyclist in London that dont wear helmets, I know a few of you do but a large proportion dont seem wear them. I would have thought with the mayhem of busy London it would be imperative to wear one?, is it illegal not to wear one in the UK?
In some countries you would have your bike taken from you if caught not wearing one.
I just watched a youtube clip of one of the alleycats, the traffic was crazy and the cyclists were weaving in and out of traffic,cutting infront of vehicles etc...it looks like that has the potential for serious road rage by all road users, so what happens when a cyclist gets knocked of their bike?
I wonder how many cyclist are seriously injured each year not wearing one? I cant find any stats...
what happens when cyclist ride their bikes after drinking? Ive heard\seen some horrific injuries...
Is it a fashion thing? its not cool to wear a helmet? surely the risk is not worth it, ive seen the results of head v road and its not cool
