Well you could desist from posting poisonous lies, that would be nice...
How is what I'm saying a poisonous lie?
It was a failure on my part to quote from that website, it was the first time I had seen it and it seemed to be relevant. Quoting form Zizek seems fair, I'm not saying the zionists were in support of the nazis, far from it, I'm saying that there was some form of collusion between the two over the matter of repatriation for Jews. How is what I'm saying insidious?
I'll apologise for using that site for citation, the two former quotes about it being a non profit scholarly...etc made it seem reputable. Sorry. In just as much I'm not saying that 'Jews' had anything to do with the nazis other than being fucked over by them incredulously. I'm saying that members of the Zionists held said talk with eichmann.
In the current conflict both governing bodies are to blame for the situation they've worked their way into. The heartbreaking fact is that in both sides there are people who want it to end and "want to be able to see beauty in the world again".* I can sympathize with both sides and resent your comments reculver. I never said that they had been given a state, I'm saying that the idea of an area of the USA - accordingly known as states - given to the Jewish as their own was one idea brought up and rejected. If anything I've said seems poisonous, false or anti-semitic I'm sorry, there was no intention of that. Platini, can you explain to me what seems so poisonous about my statements?
Also, I'm pretty sure the Holocaust happened, there's the irreputable evidence of the millions of dead Jews, right?
Finally, in quoting myself "Other one was that the Zionists never really disliked the Nazis" I do sound like a total tool here. Sorry.
I believe that the fault on both sides is the sense of nationalism that the governing bodies on either side seem to hold so closely to their hearts. A two state solution is never going to work and the only possibility of solution is the absolving the two states into Palestine allowing both israelis and palestinians to exist in the way many were prior to the establishment of the state of Israel.
In the short term Hamas need to stop being idiotic cunts and firing rockets blindly into Israel and Israel need to withdraw and stop killing.
I'm dumbfounded as to why their doing it as well, can anyone figure out a motive?
