Get her to try a Specialized Vita Elite. Light weight with carbon forks n rear stays to help in the comfort stakes.
If shes new to riding in London get her to spend a good amount on a lock n probably some pitlocks. No point in paying a bike of over 12 months if it gets nicked in the first week.
