No it's not. The electronic is Dura ace only currently. The new Campagnolo 11 speed groupsets have entirely new levers with much higher hoods. They are barely 3 months old in the new design and I have not seen any. They are cable operated. I use Powercordz cables with Nokon outers. Sram red are rated highly by those who have them but I haven't tried.
