I've acquired a 753 frame that needs stripping and re-finishing. It's going to be ridden fixed, but would it be a crime to remove the 'spare' braze-ons and derailleur hanger? The serial number shows that it's a Raleigh TI frame from the Ilkeston factory. Appreciate your thoughts...
