I dislike the keyword sniping, I think it's shitty as hell to pass off someone else's content as your own. People deserve ample credit for the stuff they produce, so that's my gripe here.
Now the eBay stuff, I actually like that. I don't see anything bad about it really, on the site in question they claim it's their store... that's a bit iffy, but by and large the idea of aggregating eBay adverts and using them to host a local directory of current auctions is actually a pretty good idea.
