Yup.
Unethical IMHO, but still... if you're going to do it, that's the way to do it.
For example, notice that the site lacks dates? You can't even tell if the content is new or old, so by default you assume it's new. Touches of genius in that... even if they're late aggregating some content, you can't tell at all and the site appears "fresh" all the time.
