How to design a city?

London is unique, it's a tough city, it's a hard place, and it's big.

but that doesn't make it particularly nice to live in, IMO.over-congested, over-priced, chock-full of cunts.

the cunts are leaving in droves, though, most of them are in the home-counties now.
well,the rich ones anyway.
