  • A change in office layout has meant that my surfing habits are soon to be visible to almost everyone else. I can live without the chimping websites but i would like to be able to pop in here every now and then without my colleagues being confronted with pictures of dead puppies etc..

in layman's terms, what's the easiest way to camouflage this site (no pics, etc)?

    i'm on firefox in vista

    merci.

    Hmm..

You could get an extension that allows you to set your user-agent, like this one:
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/59

And then set it to look like a mobile phone:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 4.01; Windows CE; PPC; 240x320)

And that way you should be able to get the mobile style in the web browser and it will all be stripped down, plain text.

You might even want to bookmark and open in the side bar for extra sneakiness.
