I got a new Onza Mongo III headset today, but have hit a major issue installing it - now i am a very unskilled mechanic, so may be missing something obvious, but my 2 other 1 1/8th headsets fit the fork fine, but crown race for the onza is no where near fitting the slightly larger part of the fork sterrer where it meets the crown:

which comes with a normal 2 cup headset - is there anyway for me to get this headset to fit, or am i buggered? Well pissed off as this headset was the finishing touch to my new build!!Arggghhhh!
