I am slowly getting used to switching over regularly, now. Its taken a few months of switching bikes to get like that. Still I do have momentary lapses when I forget that I have to use levers (on a freewheel) in order to stop or even just slow a bit. And my brakes are NR single pivot Campagnolo. Which is like a sort of constant adrenaline drip-feed hit everytime I ride in traffic.
