what do mean by friendly? If you mean you can come on either a fixed or a singlespeed, then yes of course, it's a fg/ss forum ride. If you mean is it a challenge for a fixed gear bike - well, I'd say no.. There are some bits that will be a good laff on fixed though, I'd recommend fixed.
I might as well throw this in the mix at this point - you need to make sure your tyres are in good condition and pumped up to a good psi on the night - if it's as cold as this next week it'll be a mother stopping to fix a puncture - and there are certainly stretches that I would warn are "pinchflat friendly", it's not all main roads. Oh yeah, and I would say this isn't a ride for tubs for the same reason. There will be no easy transport at that time of night.
