Cornflakes, get - trick a family friend or pet into buying these for you.
Bovine blood product, comes in waxed cardboard box.
Looking directly down - ease the BBP over a 'caught*' selection of the flakes (these can be caught and held in place using a bowl or any vessel that keeps the flakes from where they wish to go)
When you feel everything is right, dig at the wet flakes with a small spade or spoon, you need to kind of flick them up at your head and eat them 'on the cloud'.
Not sure what 'on the cloud' means.
