MEETING - EVERYONE WHO IS INTERESTED IN HELPING OUT IF LONDON WINS THE BID, PLEASE COME.
If we are the only city bidding then we're meeting on tuesday the 18th. (this tuesday. two days from now)
if there is another city, then we're meeting tuesday Dec 9th. (though perhaps another meeting beforehand in this case would be necessary)
Can people get to a 7pm meeting or should it be 8?
I would like to vote/nominate/decide who is going to be in charge of what at this meeting. So please have a think about what you want to work on and whether you want to be heading it up or not.
the various sections are (this can be discussed as well) roughly:
treasurer - budget man
sponsorship
press
court/logistics/building
refs/rules
housing
design/graphics
parties/meetings/additional activities
online logistics
I'll figure out place for the meeting asap.
