Dura Ace full carbon roadies going cheap

back in my mountain biking days i used to think planet x was a shit brand. they used to make cheap versions of other company's products, notably Azonic's CNCed stem. Anyone care to set me straight?

i have to say i share this view, without any direct experience of their product, so of course i could be wrong.
it looks like fair value, generally, but certainly not inspiring.
