Are you selling them on a buy one get one free deal? Sounds like your to blame for the culture of through away exclamation marks, so cheap people will put even put two or three on the end of a word. Not like in my day. I had to save up for a month the buy my first exclamation mark, hence I used it carefully. You try and tell kids today that and they won't believe you.
