it's aluminium/ aluminium based alloy now that i've had a good look at it.
i have the bolts also if anyone wants..

there are no makers stamp on it... looks like a generic homemade Dawes rack
a tenner is a good price cos it is a very sturdy rack i have to say.
i know some people on here go for biking holidays,tours and so on.
Thats why i put it up here.. i have no space for it and no use either.
