2 . How much for the spacer?
3 . How much space does the spacers provide?

you can bust open a cassette and get a load of thin spacers (good for getting a straight chainline) you generally need about 2 cassettes to make 1 single speed wheel set up. those big spacers will fill the gap nicely (but can't fine tune chainline)
