Stolen bikes

Yep, it's our man Carl. I saw him riding this on Sunday evening and shouted out to him. He stopped, we chatted briefly about the bike - he built up off ebay apparently.
i was chatting with him last night about it as well. he's got ££'s to spend apparently. sounds like he was left ££ by parents.
