Well not every one would know that, not knowing what the bike you shown is like i wouldn't be making any assumptions about which is better, even though it does seem to have better components, so it probably is better.
But to a newcomer to the fixed gear single speed world, the Unipack could be a place to start (even though it should be cheaper because of its cheap components), influencing more people to get into cycling.
And they're fairly easy to get, they are everywhere.
