Lidl cheap cycling stuff

Everything cycling I've bought from Lidl has been perfectly serviceable and long-lasting.....people who believe in brand names and the "you get what you pay for" mantra are fools....it's probably all made in the same chinese factory, with the same materials as other "reliable" brands......

All top notch stuff, the motorbike thermals earlier this year in both lidl & aldi were amazing, full compression.

The saddle tool bags they pop out at £2.99 which contains a high quality multi-allen key tool (lasted me 3 years so far) AND a chain tool.

Who can match that?

I must admit, the first time they got in the track pumps the manufacturer got the internals of the pump wrong. They just didnt work, but of course LIDL would happily give you a refund (up to 3 years down the line) But I just stuck a tap washer in and it was great, went up to 160psi easy.

Ive seen the same pump relabelled by 'real' bike brand for 3-4 times the cost.
