Walk up to said fool in the middle of a real or fake phone call to the to police and tell the dude whats going on and that this is (prob) your stolen bike and you need to confirm the serial number with DC XXXX in a mobile patrol. Then see what his reaction is. If he tries to take the bike, give him a swift ABUS to the back of the head, otherwise ring folk from the forum to TAKE IT BACK. I fro one am up for that.
