You have four witnesses to the car striking you, put in a claim for a totally new bike.
Then his company's insurance firm will notify his superiors and he will have to explain his behaviour within his company and may even drive more responsibly in future. Or not but you get a new bike anyway.
I am sure you have or can find a reputable mechanic on here to give your bike a thorough examination and quotation for damage and costs.
