hes a framebuilder from glasgow/ish area,
I dont know much either but ive seen a jim dockerty track frame and it was very nice and well made with gussets at all the tube joints. Also a fillet brazed road frame with the most agreessive geometry ever.
I dont think he makes bikes anymore, according to my friend's dad who has those frames.
