I think it should be a book you personally enjoy whilst also being such a classic, you immediately know what your bike is based on.
If you have decals added after the frame has been painted and varnished...
..You can use some white spirit to remove and then update the decals like reading a new book everytime you're in the mood?
There's been so many classics but I don't know if some ever came with the orange and white cover.

**@Wayne: **Did you see the penguin illustations at the back of the Penguin By Design book?There's one in graduates hat and cloak and another sat at a printing machine. Very nice.
There's also the Tschichold experimental layout in there.
