you can use a can of coke (or similar) to wrap around you seat post and jamm into the seat tube...
you need to cut the can so it is in a sheet form... ie cut the top and bottom off. You can do this with scissors. you dont need to glue it you just need to get the wrapping thickness right, so its snug. then tighten the nut and you my friend are riding! if you have the wheels and other stuff sorted that is.
