  • i would contact wiggle first ass that is where you bought it from[i assume]...as long as you have your receipt and it is within the warranty period [April so yes to that question] and you have not 'violated' the terms of the warranty....you should be entitled to a full refund....however..they will probably want you to send it back to them for checking....but they may repair it and i have a sneaking feeling that after a few months they have the choice of options.....so perhaps you might check with your council's consumer advice office or the Citizens' Advice Bureaux..But when you talk to Wiggle be friendly....till they get stroppy!....hope this helps
