That's slander you know. You've directly named someone and called them a racist. And you have offered no proof that the event took place beyond the word of a newly registered user who no-one else would appear to know (at the moment).
And this is after only working there for a "few months, a few years ago". That's taking having a chip on your shoulder a bit far, non?
