My stem was stuck solid.
I tried:
Wacking it out with a hammer and steel rod
Twisting the forks and claping the stem(gave up and didnt want to damage the forks)
20ton lift yanking the stem
More hitting with a hammer
Strong penetrating fluid left for a couple of days
The one which worked was to put the stem in half, then half the halfs and clamping it in the vice. You might haveto cut in the stem slightly aswell. Only one which worked to get mine out.
