sore knee. running 52x18.
considering moving to 48x18 or 50x18.
1) has anyone got a 48 or 50 (to fit on 5 arm "spider") spare?
2) cost?
3) some links are going to have to come out of my chain aren't they?
4) open tool box in the south west?
