Force a 26.2 seatpost in? Risk ruining the seattube.
26.1 seatpost if it exists, file the gap in the binder clamp a bit and tighten hard. Again you risk eventually ruining the seattube.
2 seperate partial shims in the ovalized bit? Same as suggestion 1. but you will be able to remove the post later. And it could be a pain to set up.
