That bike isn't new at all, Puma's been selling these for a few years now.
And it's not really a generic badged up bike either; it's a bike ('boston') that's made by Biomega (www.biomega.dk) that is co-branded by different people, but as you can see, the headbadge is still Biomega's and so is the luggage-rack.
And to be honest, I think they look pretty okay in real life... not that I would buy one, but still...
