Don't worry about it. Not much water will get in there and it'll be years before it can do any damage. If you're really worried, take the seatpost out every now and then and turn the bike upside down to let any water out. If you're REALLY worried you could get something called waxoyl, which is intended for rustproofing cars, and spray it inside. But seriously, don't worry about it.
