Putney Cycles are recommended by some friends. I can't say about costs though!?
Also Swim Bike Run (aka Bonthrone bikes. Fulham Rd nr. Putney bridge end) They sell some proper bling bikes in there - don't worry though, the mechanic still knows exactly what he is doing.
