Similar to me I'm 6' 1-2" there is personal preference you'll prob be ok on a 20.5" bike. Try and ride some peoples bikes or have a go at a shop. Also consider the 24" bmx bike and mbt jump bikes if you can afford them. They start around 200 ish.
