You can get lucky sometimes and find good value places
Im in kensel green now paying about 1/2 the market rent for my current place its a pretty amazing deal. we even have a water feature out the front and famous neighbours.
it's nice to have rich friends sometimes
First place i had here was 360pm for a giant room in bethnal green
then 300pm for a tinyyyy box off brick lane
friend of mine just moved out of a place he was paying 200pm for in acton central
