Paul have brought back their crosstop levers, but I only want one rather than the pair (left or right; don't mind either way).
A while ago, probably last year, someone messaged me saying they had a pair that they didn't use and were willing to sell them... although I can't find the message/email anywhere :-/
So, if you know anyone who has one spare... please let me know :)
