Massive fan of eVent, I have a Rab Latok Mountaineering jacket, that occasionally gets press-ganged onto my bike, and it does me great....
However, whilst it's not cycle specific... Sweedish brang Haglofs make a bonkers light Gore-tex smock - http://www.haglofs.se/prd/visaprod.asp?ID=1270&nid=416&lang=en&CatNr=262&CatNr2=&xCatNr=&NP=&Q=2&HMtrl=&Str=&show=&ak=&nid2=470 that weighs 175grams in a size large.
