+1 for eVent - that stuff is great - starts breathing more quickly then Gore-Tex.
I reproofed it recently (ie. I got around to washing it), and it was a trip to the launderette to 'tumble dry in' the solution.
Like the sound of ironing though - does that work with any old reproofer/after just washing without reproofing. What heat setting blah blah?
