Saw a few cyclists pulled over with a few cops around, west-bound side of Clerkenwell.
One guy on black bike with red deep section rims, another looked more like a Charge Plug.
Perhaps catching red light runners? Although one guy ran the lights while the copper was standing there and he did nothing so maybe they had their quota?
Anyone on here?
