so the record was beaten by 2/100'ths of a second but aren't the timers using hand held stopwatches?
or is the timing electronic?
if they are handheld how can that be accurate? if people make it through the rounds by being timed by different people and beating others by fractions of a second shouldn't the timing be more accurate?
