We have no locked threads or sunk threads. Just know that they've got your bike covered and the service is there, and give us updates as you go along.
What shop are you dealing with btw? Most of your service issues will go back to how well they handle being the middle-man and if the frame was off-the-peg and they built it, then there's still the possibility they might screw up in the stripping and re-building even if BJ provide a wonderful service and replacement frame.
