Thanks for the tip off David, Just a little bit lost to why the guy has not contacted us. Things like this can happen and if the frame is still in the warranty period which it will be after 3 months (5 year guarantee) it should be brought to our attention so we can get the frame back and look into this matter. Why is the guy talking about spending money and taking it to Witcomb's cycles???
Bob Jackson Cycles takes all warranty claims very serious and if it is found to be a fault of ours we will be only to happy to arrange repair or replacement and also to arrange our courier (TNT) to collect and re-deliver at no cost to the customer.
I would be grateful if you could post this on your site and pass this message onto the customer.

So there you have it. Contact the shop straight away, and get the frame sent back to Bob Jackson who will put it right.
