A good covering of talcum powder on the tube (dry lubricant) and inside of the tyre, as you feed the tyre on and come the the difficult part push as much of the already in position tyre into the centre of the rim (it is a little deeper there) kinda work your way towards the difficult bit squeezing the tyre into this deeper bit.
