just went for a ride and it rode ok, I didn't really notice it by the end (23 miles) but I may have got used to it, maybe a new chain would be a good idea, I got the bike second hand last year and I've done about 2,000 miles on it, so the chain may have done many more, although it looks ok I'm no expert
