I've just recently bought a Mio C230. I originally bought it to drive my van around but i've recently been playing around with it on the bike. Its not bike specific, but has settings for car, bike and pedestrian. It has a map etc and uses the new high precision SIRF Chip.
I'm still learning how to use it and have just figured out how to make it record my journey, which i just did this morning on my commute to work. It's also quite hackable with lost of people opening it up completely. It'll just be a matter of time before you can use open source mapping on it.
