It is just a big fuck-you to the rest of society really, their selfishness overrules our safety and environment.
If these people went back to driving normal cars then vets, builders, farmers could all drive their 4x4s unmolested.
I don't think it is appropriate to have a car that size for the school run either or indeed in any large metropolis.
Also, if someone, like the marketing would have us believe is such a rugged individual to drive a "real-man's vehicle" then why aren't they smart enough to pack a foot pump? Surely there must be room in that massive boot.
A bit of inconvenience is a small price to pay really, as I said, at least they didn't set it on fire.
