I had some dip sh*t biatch do the same to me the other night... She was stood in the middle of the road waited for a car to pass then progress to cross my path!
I have duel electron halogen lights, they illuminate roads signs miles away... How i didn't hit her, i'll never know! It's like they are totally blinkered?
